We guarantee one hundred percent traceability from its place of origin to the plantation, to mitigate social and environmental risks in our supply chain. Traceability is not just a strategy, it is a commitment to sustainability. This allows us to proactively address any events that arise. In doing so, we protect both people and the planet and keep our promise to operate in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.
External suppliers
Committed to transparency and a culture of compliance, our suppliers must adhere to our internal regulations and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We have a Supplier Development Program, which allows us to work closely with our suppliers, to guide and support them, ensuring that their actions are aligned with our ethical and legal standards. In addition, we implement the Anti-Bribery Management System that allows us, through controls, to guarantee that all our transactions are carried out in a complete and transparent manner.
