AVOCADO Unit

 

The Hass avocado manages to accumulate an oil content in the pulp that ranges between 9 and 12%, making it attractive to consumers. It is a large fruit with a weight range of 200 to 300 grams generally. Upon ripening, it changes from green to black, making it easily identifiable and enjoyable at its peak.

Our operations started in 2020 with the cultivation of Hass avocados in Guatemala and Colombia.
